MultiSource has been machining and manufacturing semiconductor components and assemblies for more than 35 years. We are an experienced, trusted, and certified supplier to many OEMs in this industry.
Because of our well-rounded experience – in terms of the different industries we support with semiconductor manufacturing and the materials we machine, MultiSource understands industry-specific manufacturing anomalies. In semiconductor machining, we are one of very few manufacturers in the Midwest to offer ALL of the following: PFA fabrication and welding, in-house electric, Class 1000 clean room, and reverse engineering.
Experience
From prototypes to full-scale production and inspection, we partner with our clients every step of the process. We are in our fourth decade of machining and manufacturing semiconductor parts, and we offer our strategic partners a level of experience that can be gained only through tenure and sustained excellence in the industry.
We fill orders of any job size, from one to several thousand. We mill oversized components and microscopic piece parts. We machine all materials, from forging and casting steel to deburring and microfinishing metals and plastics.

MultiSource’s semiconductor machining and manufacturing capabilities are virtually unlimited in terms of materials. While we routinely work with steel (surgical-, military-, and electrical-grade stainless), titanium, aluminum, and high-nickel alloys, what differentiates us from many of our competitors is our experience in plastic fabrication. We machine and manufacture exotic and high-purity Teflon and plastics. In fact, our plastic finishes and deburring, cleaning, and polishing processes are widely recognized as being among the very best in the industry.
